Installation

The web installer is recommended. Docker runs on AMD64 and ARM64—including Raspberry Pi—and keeps all data in local volumes.

Browser installer
For hosting with PHP, Apache and the listed extensions. The wizard checks the server before installation.
- Download the single file
instalar.php. - Upload it to an empty, writable web directory.
- Open
https://your-domain.com/instalar.phpand follow the wizard. - Create the first administrator at
/admin.php.
Important: the installer tries to delete itself when finished. If it remains on the server, delete instalar.php manually before using EasyPodcast.
Docker, now on Raspberry Pi too
The official multi-architecture image is published on GitHub Container Registry and stores the database, audio, images and cache outside the container.
- Download

Frequently asked questions
The essentials before you start.
Does it work on any shared hosting?
It works on hosting with PHP 8 or later, Apache with mod_rewrite, SQLite and the PHP extensions fileinfo, xmlwriter, zip, GD and cURL. The installer checks these requirements before changing the server.
Does EasyPodcast publish automatically to Spotify or Apple Podcasts?
EasyPodcast generates the RSS feed you register with the directories you want to use. Each platform then checks and updates the feed on its own schedule.
Can I migrate from another service?
Yes. Paste the current RSS feed URL to import episodes and key data. Review the result before redirecting or replacing the old feed.
How is it updated?
The panel includes an updater that downloads the GitHub release and verifies the package with SHA-256. Create a backup before each update.
Are there episode limits or fees?
EasyPodcast imposes no fees or episode limits. Storage, traffic and other limits depend solely on your hosting or server.
What data leaves my server?
The app and database run on your server. Podcast directories and listening apps access the public feed and audio when you distribute them.
